Meet The Board

Unity Classical Charter School’s Board of Directors serves as a pillar of leadership, guidance, and oversight. Our board members come from diverse professional backgrounds and share a common commitment to advancing our mission and ensuring a high standard of education for all students. Through strategic vision, community partnership, and a strong focus on governance, our board members work collaboratively to support and uphold the values of Unity Classical Charter School, shaping the future of our students and the school community.

Unity Classical Charter School Board Meetings

Unity Classical Board of Directors meet monthly, usually on the 3rd or 4th Monday of the month. Our next meeting will be March 24th at 5:30 PM.

Note: Meetings are open to all UCCS families. The meeting time or location may change, so please stay tuned for any updates.

Speaker Policy for Board Meeting

The Board of Directors welcomes the opportunity for the community to speak during the Public Comment portion of the meeting agenda.  Requests to speak must be sent to the Board Chair at least 48 hours in advance to the meeting.  We ask that you adhere to the following rules and guidelines in order to be heard.

Please hold your remarks to the topic/topics you have listed in your request. The Chair may restrict the opportunity of the speaker if the speaker raises issues that are different from those designated for the specific purpose or topic listed.

Please hold your remarks to three minutes.  If you wish to distribute printed materials, please provide ten copies for the Board and the staff.

Efforts to resolve any matter of concern should be made at the school level by contacting the teacher or the Executive Director.  Specific personnel, confidential or specific school-level matters are not the proper subjects for public comment.

No personal attacks on any individual is permitted and no profane language is permitted.

Speakers are not permitted to read statements from another individual(s).

At the meeting, speakers should address the Chairperson who will redirect questions to appropriate Board members or the Executive Director.

Though there may be time for limited questions, answers and observations by Board members, the Board will generally not take action at the meeting.
